This leg workout is called the leg blast, and will take about 7 minutes to do and will work all the major muscle groups in your legs. Do Not forget your warm up before you start these leg exercises, you should always do a quick warm up to put your heart rate up and loosen the muscles in your legs.
SQUATS – Do for 1 minute (Keep your weight in your heels)
STATIONARY LUNGES – 15 Reps per side
STIFF-LEG DEADLIFTS – 15 Reps
LYING HIP LIFTS – 15 Reps
*Repeat 2-3 times for a more intense workout
*Stretch after the workout is done
